Health care organizations leaders are responsible to ensure quality of care, and promote effective quality improvement strategies, in this course; participants will have guidance and action steps to lead their facilities to move in the right direction, to promote operator use of tools that help in establishing and leading effectively their health care organizations.

Equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses, thereby: protecting the health and safety of healthcare providers, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, reducing the economic burden of workplace injuries and illnesses, and promoting a culture of safety.

The purpose of this course is to provide participants with knowledge and skills to interpret accreditation standards develop actions plan for implementation, and prepare health care organization for accreditation survey.
