In HCEL course we will describe the important functions in leading and managing health care organizations, and also the key ingredients that have contributed to the success of risk assessment, identification and management.

HCEN course helps nurses to develop their skills, knowledge and abilities to improve executive level performance. This course will hone participant competencies and skills in communication and relationship management, knowledge of the health care environment, leadership, professionalism, business skills and principles.
