This course offers a structured journey through key healthcare concepts, starting with a theoretical foundation in clinical and system-based practices. Participants will then enter a practicum phase to apply their knowledge in real-world healthcare environments. The course concludes with a quality improvement project, where learners design and implement initiatives to enhance patient care and system performance. Short Workshop
The quality improvement and patient safety workshop combines essential theoretical knowledge with engaging, hands-on learning. Participants will explore core concepts through expert-led sessions, followed by interactive exercises designed to reinforce understanding and encourage practical application. The workshop fosters active participation and concludes with a collaborative quality improvement activity aimed at enhancing real-world healthcare outcomes.
What is HCQP?
Health care organizations across the world are searching for way to improve quality of care, and promote effective quality improvement strategies, in this course; participants will have guidance and action steps to help their facilities to move in the right direction, to promote operator use of tools that enhance quality and quality improvement in health care facilities.
In this course we will describe the steps in building quality management programs, and also the key ingredients that have contributed to the success of quality monitoring and improvement strategies

Course Goal
The purpose of this course is to provide participants with knowledge and skills to lead continuous quality improvement and patient safety programs in the healthcare organization.

Quality improvement and patient safety committee members
Healthcare Providers with minimum Bachelor degree in medical fields with at least 2 years clinical experience.
