What is HCEN?
HCEN is a six-month course that helps nurses demonstrate knowledge of the healthcare environment, as well as apply the theory and practice of leadership to improve overall hospital performance while managing costs efficiently at the highest quality within the limits of resources available.

What is HCEN?

Target Participants
- Administrative, Nurses, Biomedical Engineering, and Environmental safety department staff.
- Healthcare Providers with minimum Bachelor degree in medical fields with at least 2 years clinical experience.
