The Healthcare Safety and Infection Prevention (HCSIP) course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to develop and implement comprehensive programs in Infection Prevention, Risk Management, and Occupational Health within primary healthcare centers and medical ambulatories.

HCSIP course developed for participants to gain the knowledge and skills to design and implement a comprehensive Infection Prevention, Risk Management, and Occupational Health program in primary healthcare centres and medical ambulatories. 1.Basic Principles of Infection Prevention
The primary objectives aim to provide foundational knowledge and skills related to preventing and controlling infections in ambulatories settings.
2.Risk Management Process
To develop the skills and competencies necessary to systematically manage risks within organizations, enhance decision-making processes, and contribute to the overall resilience and success of projects or operations by proactively addressing potential threats and opportunities
3.Occupational Health and Safety
To empower participants with specialized knowledge and skills necessary to manage and mitigate risks in their respective workplaces, ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of all employees while complying with regulations and industry best practices.
4.Quality Improvement Principles
To equip course participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive continuous improvement within an organization's occupational health and environmental safety program.
Course Goal
The main goal of this course is to equipped participants with knowledge and skills to introduce them with the basic functions, duties and responsibilities of the occupational safety, risk management and infection control. Furthermore, this course designed to help the attendees to build up, improve and sustain risk management and infection control programs in their organizations.
Target Participants
- Administrative, Nurses, Biomedical Engineering, and Environmental safety department staff.
- Healthcare Providers with minimum Bachelor degree in medical fields with at least 2 years clinical experience.
