The purpose of this certificate course is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to lead healthcare organizations to achieve quality and patient safety.
Short Workshop
In Leadership workshop the participants will be able to:
Create a shared vision with the leadership team in the hospital.
Apply the theory and practice of leadership to improve overall hospital performance.
Demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed for hospital leadership to function as team and solve problems together.
