IHI Collaborative approach
This training aims to develop and
conduct customized training on IHI The Breakthrough Series: IHI’s Collaborative
Model for Achieving Breakthrough Improvement for HCAC technical staff, in
addition of Coaching to build the capacity of consultation team in HCAC to
develop, plan, implement and manage Quality Improvement Collaboratives for
accreditation preparedness and other quality improvement projects implemented
by HCAC.
USAID Medicines, Technologies, and Pharmaceutical Services (MTaPS) Sponsored Certified Infection Prevention and Control Training Course
The purpose of this course is for participants
to gain the knowledge and skills and to introduce them with the basic
functions, duties and responsibilities of the infection control practitioner. Help the attendees to build up, improve and
sustain infection control programs in their hospitals.

Health care Emergency Resilience Practitioner (HCERP)
Resilience is recognized as an important factor in sustained health and performance in the workplace. Recent changes in healthcare delivery, ethics, and technology present both stress and opportunities for personal and career development and finding meaning in one’s work. The role of specific behaviors, values, mindsets and relationships in sustaining resilience is becoming more commonly appreciated. . This course will present the state of the field of resilience in Healthcare. It is designed for Nursing Professionals, Physicians, and Pre-hospital Providers, and all those who serve in healthcare today. Interactive exercises will assist in enhancing resilience from multiple perspectives. to elicit and teach the skills of resilience. The role of resilience training for new professionals, as well as the role of supervisors, mentors, and preceptors in enhancing resilience will be reviewed. The connection between resilience and expert performance and decision making will be discussed.

Healthcare Certified Occupational Safety Practitioner (HCOSP)
Occupational Health and Safety are developed to provide learners who have or are looking to develop into a senior role in an organisation for managing health and safety policy and practice. Learners will gain the skills and knowledge to understand the legal and regulatory background to occupational health and safety policy, to be able to assess policies, as well as to recommend and implement policy changes. Learners will develop knowledge and skills relevant to putting policy into practice, utilising management systems, resources, risk and incident management, leadership, management and skills development.
