This training aims to develop and conduct customized training on IHI The Breakthrough Series: IHI’s Collaborative Model for Achieving Breakthrough Improvement for HCAC technical staff, in addition of Coaching to build the capacity of consultation team in HCAC to develop, plan, implement and manage Quality Improvement Collaboratives for accreditation preparedness and other quality improvement projects implemented by HCAC.
